Error trying to import GPX files containing waypoints into Connect

Unable to import .GPX files containing waypoints into Garmin Connect on my PC. Went to TRAINING>COURSES>IMPORT, dropped the file into the box and pressed GET STARTED. I get the message "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again." I am able to import the file into GAIA.COM without issues. If I export the waypoint file from GAIA and then try importing it into Connect, I still get the error message above. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this problem?

  • Same issue. Simply cannot figure out how to import waypoints into Garmin Connect. Only the tracks/routes - sans associated waypoints - will import.  Maybe it simply can't do it?

  • I think it could be the same problem, I tried one workaround and It worked for me, I selected the(bad)  course that Garmin Express cant receive and edited it with Garmin Connect App (Android) I choose "invert direction" and again "invert direction", then I send to my Garmin Edge Explore 2 and the couse was received without problem.

I think the Garmin Connect (WEB) corrupts the course and make impossible to do a lot of stuff, but the App make something that fix it.
