Garmin Connect not syncing .FIT file: Fenix 7

Hi, can someone help me please? I have just recorded a run using my Fenix 7 and for some reason the run is not syncing to Garmon Connect and is also not showing as the last activity on my Fenix 7. I am not sure what went wrong. I have attached the .FIT file here as downloaded direclty from the watch.

    Ok, this is strange, after disconnecting the watch from my PC and then connecting it to the charger it has no managed to sync, albeit an hour AFTER i completed the activity. Anyone know why this may be?
