Hi everyone,
I've got some problem to sync my Garmin Instinct with the Garmin express software. Indeed the sync can't be completed, the software display this error (I put an image just underneath).
With this in mind I've tried to delete the corrupted files and resend but I doesn't work. I've tried to remove the corrupted activity and import it manually on Garmin connect with my Mac but it says that the files is empty. So I've tried to repair the corrupted file which is the file from the 24 Augustus 2022 at 3:48PM but I don't really understand how can I do, because all the site display after uploading the files, that it is empty ...
If someone could help me or repair the files, it will be very kind !
