My running activities on Garmin connect are displaying in Dutch instead of English.

Instead of Falkirk Running it will show Falkirk "Hardlopen" which I believe is Dutch for running! and the stats are all in Dutch. I've checked all settings are in english. Any ideas? It's only started happening recently.

Did you try changing the language to something else, to see whether Dutch persists even then? Coming then back to English might then fix the problem. Note that activity names will not change retrospectively anyway. Only future activities will use the selected language.
