Workout file saved to friends phone in a pinch but now does not sync to my app.

After a race, I could not log into my account on my phone app.  My phone was dying so I synced it on my GFs phone app.  Th file is still on my watch but does not upload when I sync my watch to my phone app.  How do I get it to sync file that has already been uploaded?
