Corrupt fit file for Ironman Copenhagen 21.08.2022

Please anyone, this is too much to handle right now, help me repair this file!

Congratulations on the IM finish.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your watch then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
