How can I upload email addresses to allow people to track my progress

I want to upload 50 or so email addresses (these are not Connect users) is there a way I do do it in a batch file? So that when I start my charity ride, people get notified?

It is hard to find a free service that does what you want.

If you cannot use a mailing list, which would be the easiest solution, do what Andy recommended - use Twitter. Set Up the LiveTrack to post the link to your own Twitter account, and send emails to the supporters with a link to your Twitter home page. The link will appear there.
