Hi,
I am not wearing my Forerunner 55 day and night nor do I use constant HR measuring or Activity Tracking - all switched off. Whenever I do workouts I switch Wrist HR measuring and Activity Tracking on.
Now: All data is being collected during workouts, only Resting HR data is complete nonsense. Recently I found that Garmin Connect defined my Resting HR somewhere between 85 and 120 bpm. A bit off.
Is there a way to erase such nonsense data? Usually my Resting HR is somewhere around 42-50 bpm.
