Swim showing Yards when Set to Meters

I still have the issue of watch set for Meters and showing all swim activity, data fields and so on in Yards. Issue is not resolved on my Forerunner 955 or the Forerunner 945 two of my friends have.

Change the pool size to meters.

Reverify the units settings in the watch menu » System » Format » Units » Distance, and also at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings

I checked the watch settings again, Swim is set to Meters. If I change the connect to Meters as a whole, it puts everything in meters, I just want the Open Water swim to show as meters and rest in miles

I do not think that's possible. You can only set it for pool swims.
