I've saved a couple of custom strength training workouts to my favorites.
Now I want to use them in my daily activities and I can't figure out how to do that.
A search of the forum turned up instructions to export the activity, edit it, and import the new version.
Is that the only way to do it? If so, what format should I export to? .FIT? How can I edit that? And once I've done all of that, will I be able to reuse the activity that I imported?
I might be missing something as this seems like a lot of work.
