Live Track Not Working on Edge 1040 and Epix Gen 2. IPhone 13, 5G; receive message No signal. Trying to reconnect.

Signal is fine. I am using iPhone 13, 5G. My wife using Edge 1030 plus, iPhone 10 has Bon problems. I previously used Edge 1030, same iPhone 13 5G with no problem
