I received the following email response from Garmin:
we have already added your case to an existing ticket. As soon as we have a solution, we will contact you immediately.

I've sent an email to them now through their website about this. Let's see if they respond in some manner.
Same here. Looks like our tickets to Garmin helped. Perhaps they simply forgot to restart a back-end process that does these reports automatically.
