Hello, recently had a good cycling session and accidentally discarded my activity when my sleeve brushed up again the screen so I followed google instructions on how to retrieve the file but the file was corrupt and would't be accepted by Garmin Connect.
I've trawled all the different topics in the forum re: corrupted fit files, tried using http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ which gave me an error and then FIT file tools which when uploaded to garmin connect still said "We don't support the file type you tried to import." I feel like I've tried stripping the data, taking out time and not sure what I'm doing wrong; anyone able to help me please?
