Yo have to unzip the file and import it at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data. It will certainly work when OnlyTwo tells he fixed it. There is no better expert than him, here on the forum. If it does not, please post the error you get.

Yeah I’m aware. When attempting to unzip it says “file is empty” or “unable to open file”. I’ve tried this is multiple apps. Do you have a certain app you use to unzip your files?

In fact it looks like OnlyTwo did not zip it, and just changed the extension instead. Rename the zip file to C7JH3751_part19.fit and it will work. I just tested it.

Edit: ah, he was faster to answer
