Garmin Connect App reverts open water swim activity swim to yards after watch records in meters. Cannon be manually edited on the website or App.

Garmin Connect App won't record a swim in meters. My watch was set up for metric. it records in metric. The Garmin App converts it to yds. I try to manually change it to meters and when I hit save it reverts to yds. My App version is 4.56.0.44 my watch version is 11.03

I read over and over on the forum where this problem has been resolved but it has not.

Could you post a link to that activity? Please make it public (see the padlock icon on the activity page).

Also verify your unit settings in GC Web » User Settings » Display Preferences » Measurement Units. Should be set to Metric too.
