Unable to Sync or Upload fit file from garmin watch

Question

Hi, Can anyone help me use the fit file repair tool to fix my activity ? I cannot sync or manually upload it. 
 It is a triathlon (multisport) activity, thank you for your help,

 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 Sync your watch then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
