ESN screen / code displaying and can’t get rid of it to home screen

Help! I went for a walk with my baby in the pram and put the watch in my back pocket so I could track steps (annoyingly it doesn’t track when wearing it on my wrist with a pram) This screen is now displaying and despite pressing the reset light button, it just shows this or a funny screen with squares. How do I get the normal screen back? I have only had my watch for 4 weeks so not very familiar with all the reboot settings. Any help would be great as the Help centre is closed with the 4 July holiday.

That is the Test Mode (activated when starting the watch while holding the ABC button). Stop the watch by holding the Light button for more than 15s until it stops, and then start again. If it starts back again in the Test mode, then the ABC button is probably stuck in the depressed state, and you may need to rinse the watch: The Buttons on My Garmin Watch Do Not Respond When Pressed or Appear to Be Stuck

Thank you, yes I tried the Light button but it didn’t work unfortunately. One of my friends found somewhere else online to try this:

Press "Set" until you get on the screen that had "Forced Test Mode"

Press and hold "Menu" to turn off the Forced Test Mode

Restart device

This worked! So posting in case it helps others too.
