Sleep stages report

I am looking to export sleep stages data, but I cannot find any option to do so on the Connect Web. I am interested in the time spent in each stage during every each night for a period of time. Is there any such possibility/option somwhere? (Using Fenix 6x Pro and Android).

Well, there is, but it assumes you have some basic IT skills, since the solution is not quite straightforward, suitable for a common user. Basically, there are two options:

Go to the Daily Summary of GC Web, and export the data as "original". It then includes also the sleep data in the Garmin-native FIT file format. There are some tools to work with the FIT files, including the FIT to CSV converter in the SDK directly from Garmin.
In the browser, open the DevTools, and go to the Network tab » Fetch/XHR. One of the files contains the sleep data in JSON format - see an example below:
