I have had history since 2013 in my account and I have also had a lot of courses I have lost from the Garmin connect web site. I have not deleted anything. It popped up that I have a new record during this week and I was wondering why since I have had activities beyond 130km and inclines of beyond 3600m in courses.
has anyone else had this?
I am now in complete panic as I am having data I need to use for a case that is completely lost.
Are you sure you are logged into your original Garmin Connect account? There are several accounts with the handle 'James 007' or 'James007'. Certainly not all yours, but you should verify whether you did not accidentally create a second account, by searching all email addresses you own, on the Connections screen of Garmin Connect.

but I did actually check it and you were right.
I had by accident logged in to a different account from the Garmin Express and synced.
That is now corrected and my history from 2013 is there...
