hello, I am in desperate need for help. first time I encountered my ride was malformed fit file. first time happened to me can anyone help 
 this is a big event for me please malformed fit file.zip

 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 Sync your Edge then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
