how to manually log Strength training workout

I have custom workouts for each body area set up and sent to my Garmin Watch.  When I log them through the watch, the entire set of exercises (such as Arms which has several exercises)  is logged.  I had to send my watch in for repair so I have to log my workout manually.  Is there a way to log my workout set like my watch does?  For example, when I click 'Arm's that I logged via my Vivoactive 3, I see the details of each exercise with the reps and sets and I did but when I try to log manually in the Connect App or website I have to either log each exercise or I just log strength training and the time.  It seems like there should be a way to enter the same information manually if the watch is unavailable, charging, etc.
