Garmin Connect website access privileges

Hi All.

I am trying to log in to the Garmin Connect website (after a few years break) since yesterday with no success. The message says:
"It looks like you don't have access privileges to view this. You can try to sign in."
Is there a way to resolve this? My login email address is correct and it logs me in and I can view my account details, but can't open the Connect section.

Try logging into your global Garmin account at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/, to see whether it works there. It may perhaps also unlock the Connect access. At least, some users already reported…

Thank you. I can view my profile and the account details through the link you listed. There is an option to go to Connect from there, but I can't see the option to unlock it; it is displaying the same error message.

And did you log in separately to Garmin Connect too, using the link "sign in" that it shows? If that link does not work, try this one: https://connect.garmin.com/signin/

And does it log you in successfully, or does it tell you, you do not have the right credentials?

If nothing helps, the best may be contacting the Support and asking them directly for assistance. If it was not used several years, as you wrote, perhaps it is locked.

That is possible, I have sent them an email earlier, will have to be patient as it may take a few days for them to respond.
