Locked connections

Anyone have a solution on how I can "allow" my connections to view my profile on leaderboard? I changed the privacy settings to allow my connections to view my profile, leaderboard ("yes")...but the leaderboard on my dashboard still has a "locked" icon. My connections person said that he sees a "locked" icon on his end next to my name in the leaderboard. I've logged out and logged back in- how can I resolve????

    If you mean the leaderboard for steps, then you have to allow the visibility of your steps. If you mean the leaderboard of runs, walks, cycling, or swimming, then you have to enable the visibility of activities as well.

    I have lowered the security setting to the minimum on them all so there are no restrictions and still no changes. I have looked out and back in I have left it over night and it’s still the same??
