Steps - A met daily goal does not count

Hi, I have met the daily goal of 10,000 steps, it can be seen in the watch that the goal is met, but in Connect and Express it appears to be an unfulfilled goal and this has interrupted more than a year's work in meeting the daily goal. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • The steps for 27/05 do not seem to have synced to your Garmin Connect account fully. There may be several different reasons for that - broken monitoring fit file, connectivity problems during the syncing, server problems, possibly also an issue with the association of the device to the GC account, or not having the option "preferred tracking device" activated on the watch the concerned day, etc...

    If you discovered it on that day, there might have been some possibility to try to sync it again properly, but I am afraid it is too late now for that. You can try contacting the Support, and asking them to fix the data in your GC account.
