Fix Fit File- Multisport not uploaded from Forerunner 945

Question

I'm having trouble uploading this triathlon activity from my Forerunner 945 to Connect. 
 Can anyone here help figuring out what's wrong?

Resolved 
 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 Sync your watch then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
