Importing course from Ride With GPS

Hi, I'm attending an event in the UK this weekend and I'd like to upload the .fit file for the course.  I've tried to upload via the Web interface to no avail.  I've tried to use the on-line FitTools site to sort any compatibility issues without success.   I'm a mac user so can't use the MS-based tool suggested in this forum.

I tried to upload .fit, .gpx, .tcx versions of the route, all without success.

I've experienced the same thing for other events, none of them have uploaded successfully.  Thought I'd try to post here to see if there's something I'm doing wrong.

    I tried the import and had no issues. From RWGPS did you export as "GPX track"?

    Then when importing into Garmin Connect…
