Missing data from Data Viewer

Hi,

I'm trying to understand why I'm missing data when using the Data Viewer from the API.

I made a training session on Zwift and it was synced successfully with Garmin (22/05/22 so less than 7 days). I can see the training for the specified hour in the Garmin Connect App

However, it does not appear in the Data viewer.
I tried with another user that I'm following on Zwift which has allowed the sync to my app and same issue.

Any idea of what's going on?

Are you referring to some "Data Viewer" function of the SDK for Connect IQ developers? I do not find any such function in the CIQ API documentation. Or is it another API, not the CIQ? Or from the FIT SDK? I did not find anything of that name there either. Could you elaborate what exactly you mean?

Anyway, as for API-related questions, you'll be (hopefully) better advised on the developer forum. Just do not forget to specify what Data Viewer you are referring to.
