export/import Garmin workouts

What type of workout is it? Not all types are supported in Garmin Connect, and not all types are supported by each individual Garmin model. Besides that, AFAIK, you cannot import workouts on the Activity Import page of Garmin Connect.

I do not use Training Peaks so cannot tell you exactly, but there the syncing of the workouts could be possible through the API - you'll have to check on the website of Training Peaks to see how it is supposed to work, or hope that someone using TP will peek in and advise better than me. If not, you can try putting the fit file directly on the watch into the folder //GARMIN/Workouts

You can connect the watch over the USB cable to a computer, download the workout file from the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/ and send it to your counterpart, who will have to place into the same folder on his/her device.

4718671 are the workouts from TrainingPeaks built using their "Structured Workout Builder"?
