"Remember me" (doesn't) Remember Me

The option to "Remember Me" has suddenly ceased to work. I have to enter username and password to log in each and every time.

I encounter the issue with each of my browsers: Firefox, Safari, and Opera.

This issue seems to have a very, very long and sporadic history.

It started again for me last week or so.

Anybody find a fix?

Don't know what "a connection with frequently changing IP address" means. I'm using the same connection I've used for 15 years or so – 15 years in which I've never encountered this problem with Garmin…

On further testing, I should have said it's sporadic – probably 8 out of 10 attempts requires me to sign in.

As per cookies settings: I haven't changed them, nor have I encountered this problem…

but unfortunately I have recently moved to W11/Edge from W10/Chrome but I doubt this to be related.

@jpwgibson did you ever get a resolution on this. It has started happening to me in the past 2 weeks and I'd love to get it fixed.

Sadly, no fix yet to my knowledge. Starting happening to me again as well over the course of the last couple of weeks.

Same here. Since the last couple of weeks I need to log in again several times a day, and it does not remember me. It logs me out of the forums as well as the Connect website. It is very annoying. It was working okay before, and it is Garmin that has changed something, not me.

I have to log in several times per day, it's completely broken. And it's the only service with this problem, other web pages work fine.

The issue has been happening pretty much ever since the multi-hour outage that happened a couple of weeks ago. Very annoying. My browser is remembers for what appears to be random amounts of time between 2 hours and 36 hours.

Most of the search results are seven+ years old. Why do I have to log in every time I go to connect.garmin.com? I check the box to remember me and it never does. I'm using Brave Browser and Windows 11. Any help will be appreciated

Now both Connect and the forums make me log in every time, including 2FA. It's a PIA and quite annoying now.
