Any ideas on this issue?
Activity(steps, HR, floors etc) are only showing for 3 out of the last 7 days?
They appear in the watch itself but not in the app or on-line?
Watch is worn daily but just seems to "skip" days?

Unfortunately, despite following all instructions (twice) no info shows for the missing days shown above.(only in the device itself). Today it seems to be tracking fine but seems no way to create missing days data. Wearing the watch daily and always charged but no point if days continue to be skipped.
I'll monitor in the hope it fixes itself otherwise it's back to the trusty fitbit (not as good but reliable!) Thanks for the replies.

That's normal. Since the device was associated with two different accounts, the data from the missing days was already synced to the wrong account, and won't be synced again. The fix works for future data only. You would need to log into the other account, export the data, and then import them to your principal account.
