Tried pairing and was successful. Cannot get sync on my fitbit.

On my fit bit, sync, date, time, etc are missing. There one day gone the next. Tried a new battery, but no luck. Please help me

Yes, I am trying to transfer my data on the fit bit to my Garmin app. Like I said, my date, time, steps, sync etc. Are missing

How can I import anything when my titles are missing on the fitbit?

Seems to be a limitation. Others have reported here with a response from Garmin - Import Fitbit data from fitbit to garmin connect

If you're referring to your Fitbit watch, not sure if we can help you here, since this forum is focused on Garmin fitness devices. Can you post a photo of your issue?

I Do have a Garmin fitness device which includes a watch. Some of the other icons include current date total number of steps taken, number of remaining steps needed to reach goal, distance traveled for current day total amount of calories burned for current day, weekly intensity total minutes, current heart rate and zone. THE 3 MENU OPTIONS THAT HAVE DISAPPEARED ARE ...STARR, STOP, AND SYNC. HOW CAN I GET MY 3 MENU OPTIONS BACK
