Corrupt .fit file

Hi there,

I've just got back from a run and my activity didn't sync with my garmin connect. Opened Garmin express and it says I have an unsupported file type. Would someone be able to help fix the file if that's possible?

That file looks fine to me. Uploaded without an issue to my Garmin account.

It seems to have fixed itself? I can now see it in my garmin connect.
