Corrupted Open Water activity, unable to upload manually either

Unable to upload an activity to garmin connect. Tried manually importing the file .fit using garmin express.

Not possible,

is it lost forever?

got the activity in .fit format

found some help in the forum

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.

Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

strongly suggest to contact Garmin Support by phone or chat and tell them about this mishap with the hrm-pro
