Help with fixing a Garmin .fit file

Question

Hi! I am trying to upload a garmin .fit file of my 31 km run as bluetooth sync is not working. 
 Tried manually uploading the file with the laptop, but I keep getting an error notification when I try to upload the activity .fit file. 
 Don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the file.

 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35 
 
 Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your Forerunner 35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings 
 Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
