• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Can the following (zipped) FIT file be fixed? Something went really wrong with my Garmin F35 during my run tonight, and I'd really like to have the data. I've tried various online tools with no success. I'm also on a Mac, so some of the windows-based tools I've seen aren't an option. According to the data, I started in Huntsville, AL and ended up somewhere in Russia, lol. And I did it all within the span of 35 minutes!

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35

• Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your Forerunner 35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
• Perform a weekly cleanup of the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space. The F35 seems to have problems with longer activities, so this step is important before a longer event
• Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
• Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again

* Requires a licensed version of Fit File Repair Tool on a Windows computer with Microsoft Access installed.

You are too cool! Thanks! I've never had this happen before, but I'll follow those steps in hopes of preventing further corruptions.
