Incorrect historical training load data

My Garmin HRM pro died after 7 months of usage and it wasn't turning on despite me trying multiple new cr2032 batteries,
while trying to assist with this issue, the Garmin support agent made me reinstall Garmin connect on my phone, and also made me restore
the default settings on my Forerunner 945 LTE.
Since then I've noticed that the historical training load data is incorrect.

Between 23rd Jan to 3rd May it is showing me as Detraining.

But if you look at the activities graph, I have clearly been running in that duration

So the activities still exist, but the training load data was lost.

How can this issue be fixed?

  • You could try two things:

    1. Open one of the activities from the concerned period, click the Edit button, change a minor detail, such as adding a Calorie, and then save it. Then check whether it helped with the training load.

    2. Export the activity as "Original" (a zipped FIT file), delete it from GC, and then import back the FIT file. Check whether it helped.

If one of them helped, repeat the respective operation with all concerned activities.

  • All,

If you have a FR 945 LTE with issues related to Training Status/Load, please update to the 7.07 beta and see the latest thread for this discussion:

    Training Status and Load Disappears

If you have a different device, make sure to post your Training Status/Load query in the device forum, since that is where this data is calculated.
