HM training plan

I’m following the Geoff HM plan on Garmin. If I’m nearing completion about five weeks before my race date. I want to repeat some of the workouts I’ve already done again without having to set them up manually. Is there a way to do that either via my phone or watch? Thanks

  • Have a look into the watch menu » Run Activity Settings » Training » Workouts. If some of the past workouts are still there, you can re-do them again.

    If you want to keep them for future, you better save them on your computer, before they get cleaned up. You can find them on the watch storage (over the USB cable), in the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/
