Can’t find settings icon on garmin connect web

I have been unable to download the TCX file cause on my browser activity page the settings icon is not displayed;

There are recently some issues being reported regarding Garmin Connect Web. However, to be sure, you have to open an individual activity in order to see the gear icon and download options. You can't do it from the activities list page. Can you post a screenshot?

There are currently issues with the Garmin Connect Web server, not loading the data and page completely, so the tools icons are often missing too. You'll need to keep the patience till Garmin fixes the problem.
