Activity calories (total/active)

Hi, is there a way to know how much "active" calories I burned during activity? On my watch activity data screen I can choose to see total calories and active calories, but after workout in garmin web or app in the activity i can only see one type of calories and I assume it's "total". There "active" calories of activity gone?

The thing is I need to eat 2000 calories per day. If I do workout that adds up additional calories I can eat. But to calculate it correctly I need "active" calories burned during work out not "total" witch includes resting calories and mess up all the calculations...

  • For that purpose, looking at the daily Calories review should be sufficient. You see Active Calories, Resting Calories, as well as Total Calories Burned there. And if you enter your food through MFP, you'll see also how many Calories you consumed, and how many are remaining.
