Garmin Connect won't open on Windows PC

Recently I have been unable to open Garmin Connect on Windows PC unless I press 'reload this page'. As advised on the garmin website I reset Chrome as the default browser in settings, but it's still the same. Any suggestions please?

Try cleaning the browser cache (temporary Internet files)

I do this at least once a day. All other webpages are working fine.

Does it happen on every page, or only on the login page? Or another one? Did you test it with an alternative browser, such as Edge, Firefox, Opera, or others?

I was having the same issue with just the login page on Edge with spinning wheel. Clearing the browsing data fixed it for me.
