Corrupt FIT File

Question

My latest run activity resulted in a corrupt FIT file on my Forerunner 35. Have played around with online FIT file repair but not really made any headway. If folks here can repair this I would be quite appreciative as this was one of my longest runs (and maybe partly why my Garmin corrupted it somehow?) Thanks!

 Yes. And clearing the GARMIN\ACTIVITY\ folder before such an effort might help. 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35 
 
 Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your FR35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings 
 Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
