Is there a way yet to build an interval-based, pre-programmed multisport activity.
I often do a brick that has a ride warmup at set HR and then steps up to distance at higher HR, transition, run at distance+HR, cool down run for time+HR. If I try to build a workout as 'Other' with the steps, you can't get sport specific data on the display of the watch.
How can we build these?
