Need help with corrupt FIT file.

Hi, I have a probably corrupted activity as it won’t upload neither to Connect app nor to connect web. I managed to get it from my watch, but no tools that i managed to find here would fix it. Could anyone be so kind and help me with it? I was quite a long hike that i don't want to loose. It seems that a GPS data could be corrupt as it only shows a part of my hike on a preview on my watch.

How long is this supposed to be? The file is very small. Appears that recording was stopped at .4 km into the run.

This link doesn't work. Appears to be going to your desktop?

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Well it’s supposed to be about 4 hours and 20 km. The weird thing is that I was following the course which I’ve added with Comoot and everything was fine until the course navigation was finished, but my hike not. And after ending the hike app everything closed.
