I'm missing my training status both in the app & on the web.
Any help with that? I believe I've done enough rides to be getting the status.

What I meant was a master reset.
Anyway, now it seems I've got my status back. Dunno what has actually helped, be it deleting and reconnecting my device on all the platforms or registering a new activity, but the key thing is that it's working now.
I did an intensive training yesterday and raced on Sunday, so I believe these two activities alone should be enough to establish my VO2 max, so I believe the former more likely helped.

Yes, that operation helps, when you have accidentally associated the watch with multiple accounts. I have no idea how it happens, but here on the forum, I see a dozen cases every week. And people never believe they could have multiple accounts, mostly not willing to try that operation at all, even after insisting. You are lucky, you tried it, at least.
