Garmin Segments - visible only if type of activity is "road cycling"

I can´t see tab "Segment" in activity not set as "Road cycling", when I want to make new segment(s) from activity. My activity is eMountain Biking. This is horrible, Garmin!

Also Segments in dashboard are empty, if my activity type is not set to Road Cycling.

Garmin, when this error will be repair??

Well, this is not an error, they explicitly added check not to display segments for VirtualRide and EBike. It wouldn't make sense to compare times on different types of rides.

It's only for Cycling and Running with GPS polyline.

Well, eBike is not Cycling?

It has electric support, so times can't be compared with a standard one. Maybe it could be as separate leaderboard, but probably those are not so popular.

Yes, it is the fact. eBike should have separate leaderboard. Thanks for your replay.
