How to trim two or more shuttles from a MTB ride? Twice I was driven to the trail head and I'd like those parts deleted. I forgot to pause the ride.

In Garmin Connect web, there is the Trim function, but you can only remove sections from the start or from the end. If you need to remove sections from the middle of the activity, rather export the file as "Original" (a zipped FIT file), delete the activity in Garmin Connect, then trim the FIT file using the Section Remover of FIT File Tools at https://www.fitfiletools.com/ and finally import the resulting file back to Garmin Connect.

It worked thanks, though the visual on the map didn't quite match the data in the file, so I had to try a few times to get it right.
