Didn't receive challenge points for 40k ride March 25-27 2022 despite riding 41km.

I signed up this week for the 40k March 25-27 weekend challenge, and completed the 40k ride earlier this morning, but I didn't receive the points. This has happened before, but I thought it was an anomaly. Seems to happen more often than I thought. Any ideas? Thanks.

    A note about this challenge is that you need to be quick to be able to fix any issues. When the challenge period has ended you can't do anything yourself. So, check right away that the challenge badge is awarded. If not then post here and post a link to the activity so we can give you advice right away.

    For the future it would still be useful to understand why you didn't get this challenge badge so you don't end up missing any more points for something you can fix yourself.

    Thanks for the reply. From what I've read, Garmin does not accept Zwift rides for challenges like this. That appears to be the reason I didn't get the points.

    Yes. That is correct. Zwift will not count. There are ways to "convert" the Zwift rides to "Garmin" rides, but you need to do that during the challenge time period.

    Eaiest is probably to use https://gotoes.org/strava/Combine_GPX_TCX_FIT_Files.php and switch device.

    You will need to donate at least $10 to be able to export FIT files. It will work with TCX files also but I got reports that you will have to export the file as TCX from Garmin. The conversion from FIT to TCX is not working perfectly. I haven't tested it.
