please can someone help fix this file from a 220km ride

ive attached both files, my garmin died on the ride and i think its been corrupted and i cant seem to fix it

I'm only seeing 1 fit file within this zip file.

It is only the one file, seems to only show its 0.7km but on my garmin shows the whole 220km, won’t allow me to open the summery of the ride either

OK, you said "both files" so thought you meant more than one. Suggest recovery tools, such as recuva, as mentioned.
