When I synch my Garmin Fenix 5X to the Garmin Connect App, the activity is uploaded but the details are not. Have tried resetting IPad and watch but has not fixed the issue. BNJ

    Could you elaborate? What details are not uploaded? The details of the concerned activity, or other details of your daily data? Some screenshots demonstrating the issue could perhaps help understanding it.

  • This is probably the same issue as many iOS users currently are experiencing. It is solved by updating the Garmin Connect app to the latest version. Note that you need at least iOS 13 to install the latest update. If you are running an older version of iOS you will just have to wait and see if Garmin will update the app for the outdated version.

  • So when I open the Garmin Connect App, I can see my activites listed on the front page (run 7.5km; Mountain Bike Ride 22.5km etc).  But when I tap on those activity to get details around heart rate, altitude, speed and maps etc, I get the message 'Data for this activity could not be loaded'.  So I can't see the detailed data I used to be able to see for each of my activities.  Hope that helps.   • Thanks very much for the response.  i thought the Garmin Connect app updated automatically.  Will check to see what version I'm on - appreciate the response. BNJ
