I have an Apple Watch Series 7 and also an EPIX. I love the look and feel of Garmin watches a lot more. I am no athlete. But I try to move for a minimum of 60 min per day and I also try to hit between 800 and 1000 active calories per day. That's my "training plan". Closing the rings on my Apple Watch is actually very motivating. I have set the goals accordingly. I find the weekly intensity minutes in Garmin not really a daily driver. E.g. If I am missing 100 calories at night for my ring to get closed I will go on a walk or do 20 minutes Yoga. And I have the rings always on display on my watch face. Anything comparable on Garmin? P.S. I have just asked the same question on the Garmin sub at Reddit and got blocked. I fear now that this could be a super stupid question. So just in case I am only asking for a friend. :-)
